At the begining of the job Rick noticed a downspout connection had cracked due to frost. Its not really part of the job but Rick cant ignore a problem so he decided to make it right - at no cost to the homeowner
Rick excavates down till he has a sound piece of drain to work with, then a rubber gasket will seal to a new downspout
The homeowner hant even been aware of the problem that could have flooded her basement, but she was thrilled at the repair job that Rick created. For Rick its part of the job - going the extra mile for a client is just part of his work philosophy
